This heady aroma is bursting with Vitamins C and E. Both have antioxidant properties, prevent sun damage and moisturize the skin. Additionally, Vitamin C reduces clogging from oils and elements, while Vitamin E strengthens the skin barrier.
The active ingredients include essential oils and geraniol.
Orange EO repels insects and has an added bonus as being a “mood lifter,” reducing stress and anxiety.
Lavender has a pungent scent and is particularly disliked by mosquitoes, moths and flies. Insects stay away from this pretty blue flower to avoid it.
Lemongrass EO has a fresh, lemony scent with sweet, earthy notes. Energizing and up lifting. It masks the scents that mosquitoes use to find hosts. It contains citronella oil, which disrupts mosquitoes’ sensory receptors, making them less likely to land on your skin.
Geraniol is a plant-derived alcohol, actually, that has been proven to be more effective than citronella for repelling mosquitoes. It has a pleasant, floral smell and is used in many beauty products.
